Our Second Stage Program offers women and their children a safe, supportive place to heal, grow, and reclaim their independence after experiencing gender-based violence. With secure housing for up to one year, women live in a safe, intentional community—a space designed to rebuild trust, practice healthy boundaries, and experience connection, even through the challenges that growth can bring.
This is not an emergency shelter. While staff are not always on-site, personalized support and services are available every step of the way.
What We Offer
Counselling
One-on-one sessions with trained professionals and 24/7 crisis support when needed.
Healing & Community

Getting Started
Every journey begins with a discovery conversation to explore your needs, goals, and readiness for this next step. Once accepted, women are placed on a waitlist and notified when a space becomes available.
